Fixed wage offered by Justsun is based on the job nature and duty, and competitive in the industry. We will adjust the remuneration of employee with lasting excellent performance each year.


Floating Wage

At the end of each year, we will issue year-end bonus for grassroots employees based on their performance and the company performance. The year-end bonus takes into account the employee performance and contribution, reflecting the performance-oriented nature of remuneration.
